Meet Derek, a dedicated community advocate with deep roots in East Tennessee. An Oak Ridge resident for over a decade and a lifelong East Tennessee native, Derek brings a strong understanding of the area and the people who call it home. From 2010 to 2021, he served with the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office, where his work strengthened his commitment to service and community involvement.
Beyond his professional background, Derek remains actively engaged locally as the Chartered Organization Representative for Boy Scout Troop 45 and Cub Scout Pack 45 at Woodland Park Baptist Church. His leadership and involvement reflect the same values he brings to his work in real estate—integrity, responsibility, and care for others.

With an intimate knowledge of the local market, Derek is passionate about guiding clients through one of life’s most meaningful decisions: finding the right place to call home. He takes pride in working at his clients’ pace, listening closely to their needs, and supporting them every step of the way.
