I found both Roy Nicaud and Daniel Meyer to be very knowledgeable about the local market here in Tennessee, Dan showed me multiple homes until I got an idea of what I was really looking for in a home here. Dan and Roy both were very helpful in looking for potential problems in each home, and approximate costs to remedy. While I didn’t find a home in the initial time I was here, within a week, Dan video called me to show me the house I did end up buying. The perfect home for me!

I was hesitant to put our house on the market, as I had a buyer lined up to sell private party. When that fell through we called Roy, and he had the home photographed, listed, and under contract within the week. Now, some of that was the market at the time, but the rest was ALL Roy. He took our calls day or night, as his personal time would allow. Seeing as we moved into a brand new build that was under construction, we were very needy and had a ton of questions. Roy was always prompt with an answer or pointing us in the right direction to find one. Roy kept the ship afloat when closing on the new home got pushed multiple times and was honestly a massive personal and professional help throughout one of the most stressful events of my life. I would challenge anyone to find a more caring, knowledgeable, and professional agent than Roy. 10/10 would recommend.

Roy recently helped me with a listing for an investment property of mine. He convinced me to list for higher than I thought I could get and ended up netting me an additional $20K on my investment. He has lived in Knoxville his whole life and knows the area inside and out. He is also very well connected in the area and has created a great brand for himself through his remodeling company. He has a ton of resources available to help him sell your home quickly. There are a lot of amateur real estate agents out there - Roy is NOT one of them.
