His background includes residential homes, multi-family properties, raw land, new construction, and renovation projects, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the real estate process from start to finish.

Outside of real estate, Roy enjoys attending sporting events, working on his property, and spending quality time with his wife and children, which helps keep him grounded and connected to the community he serves.
Meet Derek, a dedicated community advocate with deep roots in East Tennessee. An Oak Ridge resident for nearly a decade and a lifelong East Tennessee native, Derek brings a strong understanding of the area and the people who call it home. From 2010 to 2021, he served with the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office, where his work strengthened his commitment to service and community involvement.
Beyond his professional background, Derek remains actively engaged locally as the Committee Chairman for Boy Scout Troop 45 and Cub Scout Pack 45 at Woodland Park Baptist Church. His leadership and involvement reflect the same values he brings to his work in real estate—integrity, responsibility, and care for others.
With an intimate knowledge of the local market, Derek is passionate about guiding clients through one of life’s most meaningful decisions: finding the right place to call home. He takes pride in working at his clients’ pace, listening closely to their needs, and supporting them every step of the way.
Christina brings joy, dedication, and genuine care to every client she serves. Originally from California, Christina relocated to Knoxville in 2022 with her husband and their three children. Having personally navigated the challenges and excitement of moving to a new state, she brings valuable perspective and empathy to those relocating to East Tennessee.
